TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Proposal :         Residential Development of 2No 4-bedroom single storey dwellings (All matters reserved except access) Re-submission of NE/22/01327/OUT 

Location:          Gordonville  Slipton Road  Twywell  Kettering  Northamptonshire  NN14 3AH  .


The above application has been the subject of previous correspondence between us.  I can now advise that notification of an appeal has been received.  The Planning Inspectorate has decided that the appeal will be considered under the written representations  procedure.   • Any correspondence from you in respect of the application or this appeal will be copied to the Planning Inspectorate, the appellant and the Council.  It will form part of a public record, available for inspection
  • Comments made at application stage will be considered by the Inspector unless you withdraw them by 1 August 2024.
  • There is no need to re-submit comments previously made on this application.

  • If you want to make further comments by post, you must submit 3 copies

  • If comments are submitted after the deadline, the Inspector will not normally look at them and they will be returned
  • the Planning Inspectorate will not acknowledge representations.  However, they will ensure that letters received by the deadline are passed on to the Inspector dealing with the appeal
  • The decision will be published on the Appeals Casework Portal at https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk and on the Council’s website
